Hey there, Bats and Ghouls! It is I, your ghost host with the most, G-man! So, this is the very first time I have ever blogged for the show or ever really! I guess I should start off by talking about who we are and what we are all about. INTO THE VOID was started by myself and a former co-host, The Mystic. How it started was rather basic. The Mystic and I had a lot in common in terms of the Paranormal. From having our own personal experiences to our pure curiosity on the subject, we wanted to take our conversations and share them with you, the listeners. Our view of what goes bump in the night is so different. As children we are taught that there is nothing to fear in the dark, but as we get older and we begin to see the world for what it truly is, our curiosity grows. I can personally say that I have had multiple paranormal experiences from my time in the army to more recent times since becoming a father. Perhaps one day I’ll share some of those experiences with you, but in the meantime this first blog is more about the show.
INTO THE VOID was established in October of 2018 and has had, like many projects, its ups and downs. From dealing with my own personal issues to the Worldwide Pandemic, the road to get this show to where I know it can be, has not been an easy one. However, if there is anything I took away from my time serving in the Army, giving up is not an option. The purpose of this Podcast is to be able to give real evidence for real ghostly encounters. But we don’t just take a story and run with it. I take the story and I do my own investigation to gather what facts I can. Facts are key when it comes to a ghostly encounter, and I aim to get them all before presenting any story I’ve been given.
But why Paranormal? Yes, there are many categories out there in the Podcast world, and yes, I could have chosen a much simpler Podcast. So, why?
- I have always loved a good challenge.
- BECAUSE I WANTED TO!
Not being able to explain an apparition, a ghostly voice, or that feeling you get on the back of your neck or in the pit of your stomach when something you can’t see is in the same space as you, is truly exhilarating. But even more so, when you begin to study and research the unexplainable phenomena that has happened to you, the pursuit of truth begins to take over. Then, what was once a hobby, has now become an obsession. I would like to point out that this show is also about having fun. Being able to have different guests on the show to discuss Halloween related events, Paranormal encounters, real Paranormal Investigators and much more, has made this experience so rewarding for me and I hope for you as well.
My hope for this Podcast is not only to share my love of the Paranormal but that people will begin to see the truth, to see what’s really happening in the dark.
